1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the RESTEC Academy website and your booking of any training course delivered by RESTEC Roofing Ltd ("RESTEC", "we", "us"). By booking a course or using this site you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings & payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment is taken at the time of booking via Stripe. Prices are quoted in GBP and include VAT where applicable. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received and you have received a confirmation email.

3. Cancellations & refunds

You may cancel a booking by emailing Training@restecroofing.co.uk. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the training date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before the training are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the training are non-refundable, but you may transfer your place to another attendee at no charge.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a course in exceptional circumstances; in that event we will offer a full refund or a transfer to a future date.

4. Attendance

All attendees must complete the safety disclaimer issued by email before the training day. You are responsible for ensuring you arrive on time, with the appropriate clothing and equipment, and ready to participate safely.

5. Intellectual property

All training materials, brand assets and content on this site are the property of RESTEC. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without written permission.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited. Subject to that, RESTEC's total liability arising out of or in connection with a booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking.

7. Privacy

We process your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. By booking you consent to that processing.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one displayed on this page on the date of your booking.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
