Booking
How do I book a training day?
Go to the Training Days list, choose a date and location that suit you, and click "Register Now". You can book up to 8 places in a single booking.
How do I pay?
Payment is taken securely at the time of booking, by card, through Stripe. Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received and you have a confirmation email.
Can I reserve a place without paying straight away?
In some cases a place can be reserved and paid for shortly afterwards using the payment link in your reservation email. Reserved places are held for a limited time before being released.
Changes & cancellations
Can I change attendee details or move to another date?
Yes. Contact us at least 48 hours before the training day and we will be happy to update attendee details or transfer your place to another date, subject to availability.
What is your refund policy?
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the training date receive a full refund. Cancellations between 7 and 14 days before receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable, but you may transfer your place to another attendee at no charge. To cancel, email training@restecroofing.co.uk.
On the day
What should I bring?
Please arrive on time, wearing appropriate clothing and footwear and ready to take part safely. Any specific requirements for your course are included in your confirmation email.
Do I need to complete anything before I attend?
Yes β all attendees must complete the safety disclaimer sent by email before the training day. You will receive a link to sign it electronically.
Certification & support
Will I receive certification?
Successful attendees receive RESTEC certification for the system covered on the course. Full details are confirmed on the day.
I'm already certified β can I get technical help?
Yes. Certified members have direct access to our technical hotline for live-project queries, material calculations and system guidance.
Group & merchant bookings
Can you arrange a private or group session?
We can. For custom, merchant or group training, get in touch and we will tailor a session to your team.
