Aron joined the team in June 2024, starting as an instructor following the sale of his roofing firm. After a successful year, Aron stepped up to the role of Technical Business Development Manager , overseeing training development and courses across the UK and Europe. Hayden is our resident baby Gandalf, with an impressive 10 years working in liquid coatings and roofing on the commercial side of the market, joining Restec in 2022. FUN FACT ABOUT HAYDEN βI am a passionate fisherman and love hearing stories from fellow anglers.β
Brendon joined the team in early 2025, following 20 years working on the tools, specialising in GRP liquid roofing across both the domestic & commercial roofing sectors. FUN FACT ABOUT BRENDON βI still donβt understand how the point system works in tennis, what with the βloveβ thing?β
Our resident newbie, Jo joined the team in March 2026 bringing with her a wealth of experience within the merchant market, previously working as an area manager and product trainer. FUN FACT ABOUT JOANNE βI once got trampled by a cow and unlike most, didnβt stop playing rounders in school.β
